Investments Properties in Florida
If you are looking for great buys on Investment Properties or Income Properties for sale in Florida please let me know. I am currently looking for first time or seasoned investors that may have capital available for property rehab flips. There are great ways to invest in real estate and now is the time to buy properties while they are low and sell high. Most projects will get you a return on investment (ROI) between 15-30% and some of them will go as high as 50%. With as little as $100,000 (cash, equity lines, leverage) to invest you can get a great return. There are currently a large number of Foreclosure and REO properties that need some TLC. As a Builder / Developer for 15 years I have a network of contractors, and service providers that are reasonable and we can trust to get the job done right the first time.Depending on the seasoning period required by the Buyers Lender we can usually turn a property around in 60-91 days.
